If that account exists and has an email address on file, a 10-minute code has been sent to it. No email on file? Ask an administrator to issue you a code.
Codes last 10 minutes and work once. Your new password takes effect immediately; every other session is signed out.
If an administrator is giving you a code over the phone, do not press “Send reset code” again — that replaces the code they are reading to you.
